Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Paid membership plans on VentureBridge (such as Growth and Scale tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as chosen during checkout. Billing cycles commence on the day of payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary investor directories and introduction quotas, subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. If you encounter a verified technical defect that prevented platform access within 7 days of activation, you may contact our billing team for a case review.
